Please note that returns or replacements are only applicable if the product received is damaged during transit. Products that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
In cases where a replacement cannot be provided for a damaged product, CosmeticsLane may process a refund after verification of the issue. Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method.
